Ground shipping is Free: We usually ship your order the next business day on in-stock items. We work hard to keep everything in stock, but due to high demand some products may not be immediately available. Usually, our customers receive their orders within a week via ground shipping. However, during busy shipping periods, like during the holidays, shipping can take a bit longer. We also offer expedited shipping at extra cost.

Where We Ship
Bel Canto Design offers free ground shipping to the 48 Continental United States. We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional charge. We are unable to ship to Post Office boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Returns:
Bel Canto Design offers a 30-day money-back return policy for all products purchased directly from us. Please note that the product must be returned in "new" condition in its original box and include all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. If any of these items are missing, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns.

To receive an RMA number, please call: (866) 200-7342 or (612) 317-4550 - Mon-Fri 9:00-5:00 Central Time.

Be sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box, near the shipping label so that our receiving department will easily see it. When your equipment arrives, we will inspect it to insure that it has been shipped back in the original condition. Upon a satisfactory inspection, we will issue a full credit for your original purchase price, minus the original ground shipping charges.
